Returns & Refunds

If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return the product in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and/or the packaging intact, once we receive the returned product, we will check it, and if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the value of the product paid.

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, Ramadan) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will have a refund.

The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

There are some cases where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Custom & personalized orders
  • If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition you received it in.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for edible products, however, if you are not satisfied with the product or if the delivered product is not as described, you can contact us and we will assist you.
  • If the return is requested outside the specified time frame which is 14 days from the day of receipt

In unusual circumstances where the product received is faulty, you may return the product in the same condition in which you received it with the original box intact and/or the packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the payment as long as the return is within 14 days.

Yes, you can contact us to cancel your order.
– If the order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a refund and we will refund you for any applicable shipping charges.
– If you have already received the order, you can return it within 14 days according to the conditions described above
Please note: Custom orders cannot be canceled.
You are responsible for all orders placed under your account, including any errors in your order caused by you. If you notice this error and would like to modify your order before shipment, contact us to assist you.

We only accept returns if the product is in its original unopened box or packaging with all labels but you can contact us to help you.

At the moment, the product can only be returned to us through one of our couriers.
